NEW PROGRAMMES AT THE CDS

The Centre will mount the following programmes during the 2008/2009 academic year.

• M.Phil/PhD in Development Studies
• **M.Phil in Peace and Development Studies. This is a programme of the Faculty of Social Sciences jointly organised by the Centre for Development Studies (CDS) and the Department of Sociology but hosted at the CDS.
• **MA in Development Management. This is a 15th month programme designed to build capacity of field personnel in NGOs, District Assemblies and project managers generally. It consists of two semesters of course work and a three months dissertation preparation period. This programme is on fee paying basis. The fee for the period if GH2000.00 to be in two installments at the beginning of the first and second semesters. The fees cover tuition only.
